Already
existing huge number of pictograms which can be called
international picture language is more widelly understood
and accepted than any alphabet. Therefore, art group Plan
Pet which explores new ways of visual expresion chosed
this phenomena as a ground field for their project.
Pictograms
combine the visual language of signs with pictures to communicate
with the viewer. In some respect they are similar to marks,
symbols and simple ilustrations. It is evident that the visual
language of pictograms has envolved into a communication
system with diverse applications.
